14-Day Change-of-Mind Returns If your Psalm Strap isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund.

  • UK returns are free – we’ll email you a prepaid Royal Mail label
  • Just reply to your order confirmation or use the "Contact Us" form

What we can accept

  • Unworn (a quick try-on is fine)

  • Returned in its original pouch with all packaging intact

What we can’t accept

  • Items worn beyond a brief try-on
  • Missing or damaged original packaging

Once we receive it back in original condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 days.

We’re a small UK faith movement and every strap is slightly unique — that’s why we can only accept truly unused returns.
